A guidance and counseling cell has been set up to provide expert guidance in setting up and organising new libraries.  A librarian was sent by the office of the CID Haryana to acquire knowledge and training to set up may and maintain the library in an appropriate manner in the institution he is working. Librarians from local schools are also often sent here to acquire the necessary information and guidance for setting up libraries in their respective institutions.  

GGuidance to Information and Library Sciences Students

       Keeping in view the need and ever increasing demand of the students of Library and Information Science, especially distance education programme, the library is giving academic guidance and practical training of the technical subjects to them. The students interaction with the information managers has helped them to seek better knowledge of the subject, which normally lack in distance education program.
